Technique
  • Grind your coffee: 60-70 grams of coffee per liter of water. Grind fresh for the best experience. Aim for a medium grind, not too coarse.
  • Use good water: Fresh, clean, and soft water is recommended.
  • Use a digital scale: For consistency and adjustments.
  • Brew the coffee:
    • Boil water and pour over the grounds.
    • Let it sit for four minutes.
    • Stir the crust and scoop off foam and floating bits.
    • Let it sit for at least five more minutes for better taste.
  • Serve the coffee:
    • Push the plunger down gently to rest on the coffee surface.
    • Pour gently into your cup.
